I have played on a softball team with my friends for about 8 years now. Our team concept is all about beer drinking and hanging out. We have been very good with this team philosophy as we got beat like drums over the years.
All of that has changed this year, 2007. Forever to be known as "Year of the Meat" (Our team name is Doc's Meatheads) as we have won 3 league championships in a row!! We also have won 16 games in a row which is unheard of from a team that routinely would have a total of 2-3 wins each session.
Don't be alarmed as our team philosophy hasn't changed...just our winning ways.
